New for 2026:

2. Meet will run on SwimTopia / Meet Maestro plus Colorado touch pads (not Hy-Tek Meet Manager)
1. Parents can use SwimTopia app (same as regular season); do not need Meet Mobile
3. Scoreboard will not have swimmer names; lane number, times and places are functioning
1. Crossplex is switching to new scoreboards in the next couple months
2. Current boards are virtually on their last leg (half the lights don’t work where names would be listed) plus not compatible with names downloading in from Meet Maestro
3. Heat sheets will be available online plus in the app and we will have some printed heat sheets in the lobby
4. Teams will be assigned to bleachers determined by swimmer count
5. Reducing congestion in starting block area
1. One coach per swimmer ratio requested
2. Entry will be limited to three heats of swimmers (at blocks plus two rows of chairs)
3. Deck marshals will be positioned at either end to help guide
6. Bull pen is for age 10 and below and will now be located by the scoring table
7. T-shirts will be available for purchase
8. Team chants each day at 8:25 am
9. This year’s high point medal and team winner trophies are awesome in stars and stripes to celebrate America 250!
1. During high point medal presentations, two coaches max per team are requested on deck to take pictures with your swimmers
